A description of the article you intend to write, including the relative frequency that the selected canine condition is seen in a general practice. (No longer than one page.)
Current resume or CV
Proposed time frame for research, writing, and publication
Proposed budget
A list of 2-3 journals proposed for manuscript submission

The Foundation will acknowledge receipt of all submissions within two business days and will respond with a decision within four weeks.
